The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Vilnius, in cooperation with the Maironis Museum of Lithuanian Literature and the Prague City Museum, in 2021. the 100th anniversary of the first edition of the novel The Adventures of the Great Soldier Schweik by the Czech writer Jaroslav Hashek.
We invite you to the opening of the exhibition prepared to commemorate this anniversary. The event will be attended by Almis Grybauskas, a translator of this novel, and Jindrich Čeladin, the author of the exhibition, who works at the Maironis Museum of Lithuanian Literature and lives in Kaunas.
