This year, the Elektrėnai Blues and Jazz Festival “Youth” invites you to celebrate a special occasion – the 100th anniversary of the birth of the legendary jazz creator Miles Davis. Miles Davis is one of the most prominent musicians of the 20th century, a trumpeter, composer and innovator who changed the history of jazz. His work transcended the boundaries of traditional jazz, and albums such as Kind of Blue or Bitches Brew are still considered some of the most important in the history of music. Davis was constantly searching for new sounds, boldly experimented and inspired entire generations of musicians. The theme of this year’s festival symbolizes not only respect for the legend, but also an invitation to embark on a musical journey where jazz tradition, freedom to improvise and the spirit of contemporary creativity meet. For two days of the festival, blues and jazz music will sound in Elektrėnai, performers from different generations will meet, and the city’s spaces will be filled with life, creativity and the summer festival mood.

Vintage car enthusiasts, motorcyclists, cyclists, and anyone who wants to participate with their own vehicles are invited to join.
