On April 23–24, Elektrėnai Tourism Information Center participated in the training of the Lithuanian Association of Tourism Information Centers in Druskininkai, which brought together representatives of tourism centers from all over Lithuania.
On the first day, we examined current tourism policy issues, marketing trends, and participated in creative workshops where we analyzed regional positioning and tourism product development. On the second day, we delved into the accommodation sector, tourism statistics, and in practical training, we got acquainted with various accommodation concepts - from exclusive hotels to spaces surrounded by nature, which allowed us to better understand the expectations of the modern traveler.
