Wall painting "Hockey Dynamics"
In her wall painting, Marija Stanevičiūtė immortalizes the identity of Elektrėnai through the prism of ice hockey. The first match held in the city in 1976 became the starting point for the idea of the work, and the lightning symbol, which adorns the Energija team’s uniform, is a visual connection between the essence of sport and the city. The dynamic composition is dominated by massive figures of ice hockey players, contrasting colors, movement and tension. This work symbolizes the strength, energy and ability of the Elektrėnai community to keep moving forward, even against the backdrop of changing times.
