Vievis, which this year was declared the small cultural capital of Lithuania, is celebrating the 500th anniversary of its name being mentioned. From now on, the town will be able to welcome these great occasions and the spectacles dedicated to them in new cultural spaces! A few days ago, the long-awaited, modern Vievios cultural center opened its doors, where all cultural services will be concentrated in one place. Here, guests will not only find an event hall with good acoustics and professional sound equipment, but also a library, dance studios, and a space for youth activities. The construction of the Vievios cultural center was financed from the State Investment Program, and the funds of the Ministry of Culture were allocated to furnishing the building, purchasing furniture, modern sound and lighting equipment.
